HOUSING DIRECTOR IN-TRAINING
Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership is looking for an individual to work as a Housing Director in-training in Loup City. This is a full-time position with benefits including: Health, Dental, Life and Vision insurance; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; retirement; Cafeteria 125 plan; and EAP. Qualified individuals must possess: a valid Nebraska Driver’s License with a clean driving record; a high school diploma or equivalent; experience and/or related education in Housing Programs; superior oral/written communication skills, willingness to travel, and experience with supervision of staff. This individual will administrate all aspects of housing programs and seek funds that will expand housing opportunities, including budget development and monitoring, while supervising staff within the department.
