HELP WANTED: Public Works Trainee and Project Manager: The City of Albion is accepting applications for a full time Public Works Trainee and Project Manager. The position is under general direction of the City Administrator and will be trained by the Water Commissioner, Sewer Commissioner, and Street Foreman in all aspects regarding the operation and maintenance functions of the City of Albion Street, Water, and Sewer departments including operation of equipment for all city departments; and, will be responsible for the coordination, communication, and implementation of specific public works projects. Requirements include graduation from high school or equivalent, a valid Nebraska driver’s license, and relevant experience in a labor, construction, or contractor-related industry.
