TRAINING COORDINATOR

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership is looking for an individual to work as a Training Coordinator in Loup City. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $17.90-$19.43 (depending on qualifications).

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Prefer AA or BA in Business Administration • Working phone; Valid NE driver’s license • Previous office experience working with computers, staff, and ability to handle multiple tasks

General Duties: • Assist in updating policies, forms, and checklists for the Professional Development team • Work with HR to conduct new hire orientations and provide trainings as needed • Track and input training data for staff • Support staff in obtaining the necessary credentials in order to meet Head Start Performance Standards
