Internet Technical Support and Service Technician Nebraska Central Telephone Company is seeking a qualified Internet Technical Support and Service Technician. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with customers via telephone and in person regarding Internet, network and WiFi services. This position requires hands-on skill connecting and working with the Internet connected devices of everyday life; smartphones, tablets, streaming media devices, IoT devices and computers. This position requires scheduled on-call evening and weekend coverage for customer support.
