VALLEY VIEW SENIOR VILL AGE is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department, in accordance with standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our Center, and as directed by the Administrator. Some of the job duties include: lawn care (mowing, trimming, snow and ice removal), painting, inside and outside maintenance and repair, service logs/checks per State regulations, and proper care and use of maintenance equipment.
